摘   要

     斗轮堆取料机是一种高效率的连续装卸设备，被广泛应用在火电厂、港口码头、钢铁冶金、矿山、建材水泥、化工、煤炭与焦化厂等原料储运场，可实现煤炭、矿石、化工原料等散状物料的堆取、转运、装卸的连续作业。
带式输送机是斗轮堆取料机中重要环节,在其它方面也广泛应用。带式输送机是现代物料连续运输的重要设备，是连续运动的无端输送带运送货物的机械，用胶带作为输送带的带式输送机称为胶带输送机，简称胶带机。它具有结构简单、成本低、运输距离长、效率高的优点。其主要用于冶金、采矿、煤炭、电站、港口以及工业企业。它将为我国各矿业装卸工作的机械化、现代化作出越来越大的贡献。
本文主要介绍了斗轮堆取料机中的运输皮带机。首先，介绍了带式输送机的工作特点、发展概况、工作原理，分类；其次，介绍了胶带的摩擦传动原理；最后，根据带式输送机的工作条件对其计算，其中对传动部分的减速器部分进行了详细的设计及设计计算，简单分析了皮带跑偏及撒料的原因和解决方法，又介绍了其他几种形式的皮带机。
