 摘 要：本设计的主要内容是石英砂生产工艺中的安全滚筒筛。安全滚筒筛主要由筛滚、机架、传动部分和控制部分组成。本设计通过对原始数据的分析、方案的论证比较和有关数据的分析计算，完成了安全滚筒筛的总体设计计算。在此基础上对滚筒筛的结构尺寸、轴的尺寸、联轴器、减速器进行了详细的计算和说明，系统介绍了设计所依据的原则及如何进行设计。该机型具有结构简单，使用维护方便，筛分效率高等特点。

Abstract:In this design, a security drum sieve in the production of quartz sand is designed in detail. The security drum sieve is composed with sieve roll drum ,main frame truss, parts of transmission and control system.Through the original data analysis, comparison and evaluation program on the analysis of the data, the overall design of the safety drum sieve is calculated. On this basis, the structure size of the trommel sieve，the shaft size,shaft coupling, decelerator is illustrated and calculated in detail. Description the design is based on what is the principles and how to design.The model possess advantages what simple in structure, the use of maintenance-friendly, high efficiency of sieving.
