摘要：对锥式混合机是一种回转容器混合机械，在中药厂里，用于不同的药材之间的混合。本设计在给定原始数据的基础上，进行了混合机的总体设计，传动方案的论证分析。在此基础上进行了混合器器体的设计，减速器的设计选用、联轴器的设计选用、滚动轴承的设计选用、电动机的功率计算以及电控原理图的设计等。本设计具有结构简单、重量轻、维护方便等特点。

Abstract: type mixer is make up of transmission components, electrical parts and control components. The body is the two cylinder structure. The body frame by the mixing chamber and the stander. Transmission components are the motor, belt, reducer, and etc. . The control components are contactors, relays and control switches. The design is needed to design the structure of the body-size mixer, and to select the reducer, drive shaft, pulley size, belt and options. In the process of designing, I used a new calculation principle and motor control devices. And comparing with the selected demonstration motor, the motor options to ensure compliance with design requirements. The mixer is favorable, low cost and wide application.
