摘  要：根据生产要求设计一种双喷头螺旋包装机，在给定原始数据的基础上，进行了包装机的整体设计和局部设计。在设计中对传动装置进行了方案的论证和分析，进行了电动机的功率和型号的设计和选用，V带传动的设计和主轴的设计及轴承的选用校核等；同时完成了包装机的槽体的结构尺寸设计等。

 Abstract: According to production requirements to design a double-helix packing machine guns, The overall design and local design. Through the transmission device in the design of the choice of programme, to complete the selection of motors and the V-belt drive design, and then the spindle bearing the design and choice of checking; Then screw conveyer to the main parameters of design, and packaging machines to complete the material out of the mouth of the design. The main highlight of the packaging machine screw conveyor is used for transfusion as a quantitative devices and materials, packaging double-mouth nozzle design.
