我国网上银行发展现状、问题及对策研究

摘 要
 
 网上银行是21世纪一种新兴的金融业，其低廉的成本和广阔的前景，已越来越得到人们的重视，网上银行给用户带来了极大的便利.相对于“柜台式”的传统银行，它的出现不仅丰富了银行的服务模式，更因其“方便、快捷”等特点越来越受到人们的欢迎。网上银行的出现，向传统银行发起了的挑战，成为银行最便利的服务手段。此文在分析网上银行基本特征的基础上，剖析我国网上银行发展的现状，并针对我国网上银行发展存在的问题，吸取国外银行发展的经验，建议我国网上银行的发展应采取的对策，营造我国网上银行发展的良好环境。

ABSTRACT

 Online bank is a new industry in the 21st century，its low cost and broad prospects，has got more and more attention of people. Compared with the traditional "counter type"，online bank give users a great convenience，the appearance of it not only enrich the bank's service mode，but get more and more welcome by people，due to its " convenient|、quick" characteristics，and launch challenge to traditional bank，becoming the most convenient service means in bank. This article analyze the present situation of the development of online bank in China on the basis of the basic features in online bank，and in view of the existing problems in the development of it，absorbing the experience of foreign banks in the development of online banking，suggest the solutions that should be adopted in the development of Chinese Internet banking development，and to create a good environment.
