金融创新背景下的公司财务

摘要

伴随着不断深化的经济制度改革，我国金融创新有了极大的发展。但相比与国外新进的财务公司，我国的财务公司缺陷十分明显：发展时间短，时间积累不够、资本实力薄弱、金融衍生品类型不充分和技术不成熟，等等不断的制约着财务公司的前行。财务公司是提升企业集团资本使用率和加深企业集团资本集中管理而设立的非银行金融机构，是我国金融体制中新鲜血液，是完整体制的重要组成部分。因此打破现有发展困境，完善金融市场的作用，规范市场行为，进行金融创新必须的，同时也是未来的发展趋势。

With the deepening of the economic system reform, China's financial innovation has a great development. But compared with the new foreign financial companies, our company financial defects is very obvious: short development time, accumulated enough time, capital strength is weak, types of financial derivatives is not sufficient and technology immature, and so on will continue to restrict financial company before. Financial companies is improving the enterprise use of capital rate and enhance the enterprise group capital centralized management and the establishment of non bank financial institutions, is fresh blood in the financial system in our country, is an important part of the complete system. Therefore, to break the existing development difficulties, improve the role of financial markets, regulate market behavior, conduct financial innovation, but also the future development trend.
