竞争、产权、公司治理三大理论的相对重要性及交互关系来源

摘要

关于国有企业和民营企业之间的绩效差异问题逐渐走入人们视野，引起人们的关注，关于企业发展的话题也引起了众多思考。当前关于竞争、产权、公司治理的话题在学术界讨论声众多，然而大多数的文献的研究都仅仅围绕某一个面进行讨论，笔者认为，我们应当从全面的角度来看，竞争、产权、公司治理这三大理论之间的关系来讨论如何提高国有企业的绩效。

笔者结合当前社会的实际情况，通过对三个理论题体系的综合性研究，探究其相对重要性以及交互关系的来源，以期对当前公司的发展与完善，提供了重要的指导意义。

[Abstract]: The problem of performance difference between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises has gradually come into the people's view, attracting people's attention, the topic of enterprise development has aroused many thinking. At present, the topic of competition, property rights and corporate governance is discussed in the academic circles, however, most of the literature research is only around a certain face, the author believes that we should from a comprehensive point of view, competition, property rights, corporate governance, the relationship between the three theories.  Combining with the actual situation of the present society, the author explores its relative importance and the source of its interaction through a comprehensive study of three theoretical questions, which provides an important guiding significance for the development and perfection of the current company.
