摘要：

在企业运营过程中，企业的融资成本高低深刻地影响着企业的健康发展，影响着企业的财务风险大小。而融资渠道的多寡，融资组合的选择是决定融资成本的重要因素。本文以宏观调控背景下，房地产企业的融资渠道和企业财务风险作为研究对象，希望根据相关基础融资理论，通过对现有融资渠道的优缺点分析和企业财务风险的影响因子研究，简单地阐述房地产企业所面对的问题，给出可行的运营对策。文中重点介绍了融资的基础理论，各融资渠道的现状及优缺点，财务风险的影响因子。

Title: Research on financing channels and financial risks of Real Estate Company under macro regulation

In the process of enterprise operation, the financing cost of enterprises has a profound impact on the healthy development of enterprises, and affects the financial risk of enterprises. The amount of financing channels, the choice of financing portfolio is an important factor in determining the cost of financing. In this paper, the context of macro-control, the real estate enterprise financing channels and enterprise financial risk as the research object, according to the basic theory of financing hope, through the study on the influence factors on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the existing financing channels and enterprise financial risk, briefly explain the real estate enterprises are facing the problems of operation and feasible countermeasures are given. This paper focuses on the basic theory of financing, the status quo of financing channels and their advantages and disadvantages, and the influence factors of financial risk.
