金融创新视角下乡村商业银行的变革

摘要

农村商业银行作为农村金融的主力军，在支持“三农”经济发展，促进社会主义新农村建设中发挥着至关重要的作用。目前，农村商业银行支农工作虽然取得了一定的成效，但与社会主义新农村建设的要求还存在一定的差距，普遍存在经营理念陈旧、创新型人才匮乏、金融品种和服务单一、信贷营销缺乏创新等问题，不利于乡村商业银行的可持续发展，也阻碍了我国的新农村建设。对此，有必要从金融创新视角下分析乡村商业银行的现状，从而找出存在的问题，并结合乡村商业银行的实际，提出几点针对性的改革对策，使得乡村商业银行加快金融创新步伐，促进其可持续发展，同时适应当前形势要求，推动社会主义新农村建设。

Abstract

Rural commercial bank as the mainstay of rural financial, in support of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" economic development, promote the construction of new socialist countryside plays an important role. At present, the rural commercial bank support agriculture work although has obtained certain achievements, but with the requirement of the socialist new rural construction is a certain gap, common management idea obsolete, the lack of innovative talents, and service of a single financial varieties, credit marketing problems such as lack of innovation, is not conducive to the sustainable development of the rural commercial bank, also hindered the new rural construction of our country. To this, it is necessary from the perspective of financial innovation under the analysis of the present situation of the rural commercial bank, to find out the existing problems, and according to the reality of the rural commercial bank, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to reform, rural commercial Banks to speed up the pace of financial innovation, promote the sustainable development, at the same time meet the requirements for the current situation, and promote socialist new rural construction.
