摘要

随着中国经济的不断发展，中国的中小企业已经进入了高速成长阶段，为我国的经济带来了巨大的贡献。但是，随着不断地发展，中小企业也遇到了瓶颈，融资成本高，渠道狭窄与自身发展需要大量的资金支持形成了冲突。中小企业的融资机制的选择具有很大的局限性，同时存在着一定的缺陷和问题。虽然我国为中小企业的融资做出了许多努力，但目前看来，中小企业的融资路径仍然存在着很大的问题。本文最后将对如何完善中小企业融资机制进行探讨。

Abstract：With the continuous development of our economy, the medium and small enterprises in China has entered a period of rapid development, has made great contributions to the Chinese economy. However, with the continuous development of small and medium-sized enterprises, have encountered bottlenecks, financing cost high, narrow channels and their own development needs of a large number of funds to support the formation of conflict. Has great limitations of SMEs' financing system choice, at the same time, there are some defects and problems. Although our country has made a lot of efforts for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, but the financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises, still there are a lot of problems. Finally, on how to improve the financing system of small and medium sized enterprises are discussed.
