谈中小企业自我融资的创新途径与方式

摘  要

作为一个在中国经济占据举足轻重地位的企业群体，中小型企业存在诸多瓶颈，成为一直在夹缝中生存的典型的弱势群体。我国中小企业的发展问题引起人们越来越多的讨论和关注，一方面，中小企业的发展己经成为支撑我国经济持续增长的强大动力，甚至成为我国社会稳定的重要基础；另一方面，中小企业的进一步发展正陷入越来越严重的困境，特别自我是融资传统化一直制约中小企业的发展。

本文首先对中小企业作了界定，分析了中小企业的发展现状；接着本文对中小企业自我融资途径的方式方法做了概念的阐述；然后分析目前我国存在的传统的融资方式，比如银行借贷、民间资本、租赁、商业信用、基本资助等方式进行分析，存在的利弊；最后提出中小企业自我融资创新的途径与方式，比如新银企关系的建立、集团化战略、提高市场竞争能力、借助资本市场外力。

通过分析研究中小企业自我融资的方式方法，实现经营思想的转变，进行战略的调整，进而提高中小企业的自我融资能力。

Abstract

As an important position in China's economic occupy the enterprise groups, small and medium enterprise exists many bottlenecks, become has been squeezed the survival of the typical of the disadvantaged groups. The problem of Chinese SMEs finance has aroused more and more discussion and great concern， on the one hand， the development of SMEs has become motive force of national economic sustainable growth， even has become important foundation of society steady; on the other hand， the further development of SMEs is more and more in embarrass，Special self is the traditional financing has been restricting the development of small and medium enterprises.

This article first defines the small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprise development present situation; Then this article elaborated the concept of the ways and means of self-financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. And then analyzes the existing financing methods, such as bank loan, private capital, leasing, commercial credit, and basic subsidy, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the present financing system. Finally, the ways and means of SME self-financing innovation, The establishment of relations, the Group of strategies to improve market competitiveness, with the help of capital market forces.

Through the analysis of small and medium enterprises self-financing difficult way to achieve business ideas change, the strategic adjustment, thereby enhancing the self-financing capacity of SMEs.
