浅谈医疗行业的并购与重组 (2)

摘要

改革开放以来，我国医疗行业发生了翻天覆地的变化。与整个经济社会市场化的大环境相适应，中国的医疗部门（特别是各级医疗机构）经历了众多制度变革。医疗服务市场化的一个结果就是医疗费用的快速上涨，百姓怨声载道。“看病难、看病贵”的问题成为大众媒体报道的焦点和牵系国计民生的重大问题。政府在医疗卫生事业的投入相对较少，催生了社会化办医的需求。整体经济市场化的快速发展，导致现代医疗事业发展越来越多的借助市场化这一手段，[1]行业的兼并重组在“医改”的大背景下呼之欲出。经过十余年的发展，“兼并重组”盘活和调动各级医疗资源成为当前医疗事业发展与医改的有益探索，成为解决不同地区环境、不同层级收入、不同社会发展的积极手段。

Abstract

Since reform and opening up,The medical industry in China has undergone earth-shaking changes.Adapt to the whole economic and social market environment,China's health sector(particularly at all levels)has undergone many institutional changes.One result of the marketization of medical services is the rapid rise in medical costs, and the people complain.The problem of the expensive medical treatment has become the focus of mass media coverage and the major issues affecting the national economy and people's livelihood.The government has invested relatively little in health care, which has given rise to the need for socialized medicine.The rapid development of the overall economic marketization has led to the development of modern medical services with the help of marketization.The merger and reorganization of the industry is under the background of health reform.After more than ten years of development,Mergers and reorganization to revitalize and mobilize all levels of medical resources is beneficial exploration of the current medical career development and reform, to solve the different regional environment level income means of positive social development.
