我国民间借贷存在的问题与对策研究

摘要

近些年来，伴随着中国商品经济的持续发展，民间借贷活动也日益活跃起来，规模呈现出上升趋势。而民间借贷补充了正规金融机构的不足，给中小企业的发展创造了资金来源，并推动了其快速发展。可与此同时，我国民间借贷也存有着其不容忽略的重大弊端。由于民间借贷其自身的特征，金融监管机构很难对其实施有效监管，一些不法分子借着民间借贷的旗号，来从事非法活动，严重干扰了民间借贷的正常运行以及社会经济有序的发展。基于此，怎样正确看待民间借贷问题并规范其发展将纳入到监管范畴，都是需要进一步探讨的问题。本范文把我国民间借贷存在的问题作为研究对象，在深入剖析问题的基础上给出了一系列有效的措施和手段。

Abstract

In recent years, along with China's sustained development of commodity economy, private lending activity is also increasingly active, scale showing a rising trend. While private lending complements the formal financial institutions, to the development of SMEs ，meanwhile it creates a source of funding and promotes with rapid development. At the same time, China's private lending has also kept its significant disadvantages that can not be ignored. Due to its characteristics of private lending, financial regulators monitor its implementation effectively with difficult, and some criminals by the banner of private lending to engage in illegal activities, seriously interfere with the normal operation of private lending and the orderly development of the social economy. Based on this, how to properly treat the problem of private lending, how to regulate their development, and put it into the regulatory scope, these are the need to delve into the issue. Therefore, in this paper the existence of private lending problems as research subjects, in-depth analysis of the problem on the basis of given a series of effective measures and means.
