摘要

在我国经济发展步入新常态的背景下，科学地研判金融改革与发展的新内涵，对充分利用金融资源、服务实体经济发展具有重要意义。“十三五”期间，中国经济与社会发展将会出现一系列新变化、新特征。由于金融与经济的内在统一性，金融发展的外部环境会发生深刻的改变，对中国金融改革、金融稳定协调、金融服务实体经济效率以及金融机构风险控制能力等方面都提出了更高的要求。如何通过改革来调整金融与经济发展不相适应的部分以促进实体经济良性运行，成为新时期中国金融发展的核心内容。

在此背景下，积极探索义乌金融市场发展的内在规律，制定符合义乌金融市场实际，能有效提升义乌金融市场的竞争力和发展水平的对策措施，具有十分重要的意义。鉴于此，本文在分析义乌金融市场兴起原因及其发展现状的基础上，基于经济学相关理论及研究成果，对义乌市场发展的内在机制进行进一步的系统研究，进而提出促进义乌金融市场发展的对策建议。
