汽车保险箱的结构设计

摘   要
 随着人们生活水平的不断提高，车子也随之增加，在此同时车内财产的失窃也越来越多，所以设计一个有效地汽车保险箱至关重要。根据任务书的要求，确定了最终的结构方案。在不断的匹配和修改中，考虑实际因素，大致完成了一些重要结构和零部件的设计，使其传动正确，各零件间不产生干涉。对于整体的装配也在不影响设备正常工作的前提下，不断优化，尽量缩小了设备的体积。接着通过不断的优化，进行了所有零部件的设计、三维造型。在完成一系列的零件造型、零件装配之后，还通过SolidWorks的COSMOSWORKS模块进行了应力分析、频率分析。在所有零件分析成功后最后设计了保险箱的电路原理图，使之满足运动规律。这次汽车保险箱的设计，虽然比较粗糙，但是希望对防盗的发展具有一定的实际意义。

ABSTRACT

 With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the car has increased, at the same time the stolen property inside the car more and more, so the design of an effective and safe car is essential. In accordance with the requirements of the task book to determine the structure of the final program. The match continued and modified in consideration of the practical factors, largely completed a number of important structures and the design of parts and components to the correct transmission and no interference between parts. The overall assembly equipment also does not affect the normal work under the premise of continuous optimization, minimize the size of the equipment. Then through continuous optimization of all parts and components for the design, three-dimensional modeling. Upon completion of a series of parts modeling, spare parts, after assembly, but also through the COSMOSWORKS modules SolidWorks the stress analysis, frequency analysis. Analysis of success in all parts of the safe after the final design of the circuit schematic diagram, so as to meet the movement. Safe design of the car, although the relatively rough, but hope that the development of anti-theft has a certain practical significance.
