摘  要

  本课题是用于加工具有回转轴的复杂异型零件，弥补传统的牛头刨床的工艺不良，加工不便工作效率不高等缺陷。是研究和开发一种适用于对于象罗茨鼓风机叶轮，连铸机结晶槽，耐火转砖模形靠模的制造及更换困难，仿形速度及精度较低等因素限制了仿形刨床的加工范围及生产效率的提高。
 传统的牛头刨床的住运动由曲柄摇杆机构或液压传动系统实现其往复运动，通常用于加工简单的平面。 数控机床作为实现国家现代化的重要装备，越来越受到国家的重视。改造出来的刨床系统具有尺寸精确、生产效率高，劳动强度低，产品质量好的优点，将提高我们牛头刨床的现代化水平。
 通过研究，数据分析归纳等方法，在调研和文献检索的基础上加以改进数控牛头刨床结构设计。
