  摘     要
 
 随着生产力的迅速发展和现代化程度的日益提高，能源的消耗急剧增加，导致能源危机和能源价格上涨，使得节能成为当今世界面临的重大技术课题之一。液体粘性传动作为流体传动中的一门新兴学科，并随着液体粘性传动技术的发展，作为一项新的传动技术：液体粘性调速离合器，已经在风机、水泵等大功率场合应用并取得了很明显的节能效果。
而在国内，这项技术并不是很成熟，对一些超大功率的液体粘性离合器的研究还存在困难。由于此项技术的应用面广泛，节能效果突出，因此液体粘性传动技术的发展前景是十分看好的。
 本文主要讲述了对液体粘性调速离合器的电液控制系统的设计，先对350KW级液体粘性调速离合器的电液控制系统进行了总体方案设计，包括供油方案、液压泵驱动方案等的确定；基于以上的方案确定，绘制出本课题的最终液压系统原理图，然后对液压系统中各组成元部件的选型进行了详细分析、计算和校核，并对系统中各个连接件或过渡件进行结构的设计。

Abstract

 With the development of liquid coherent transmission technology, The liquid coherency velocity modulation coupling takes a new transmission technology，have fans, pumps and application of high power occasions made very clear energy saving effect. Improving of learning more ideal energy saving effect, the development of this technology is very necessary.
 This paper describes the right wet clutch hydraulic control system design, 350KW wet clutch the hydraulic control system of the overall program design, including oil, hydraulic pump driven program energy efficiency of the end of the situation, the large energy savings. In China, this technology is not very mature, some of the ultra-high-power liquid viscous clutch of research difficulties. As the application of a wide rang ms determination; mapping out the programs the hydraulic system diagram, Then press system to the liquid in each constituted dollar parts to choose a type to carry on detailed analysis, the calculation and school pit, and carried on structure a design to each conjunction piece or the transition piece in the system.
