机械设计制造及其自动化范文,范文编号:JX1226 范文字数:7780.页数:33 摘 要 面食在北方人的日常饮食中在占有不可替代的地位,削片机在食品机械中也占有重要的地位。在深入了解了削片机的发展状况以及研制面食削片机的意义后,提出了几个面食削片机的设计方向和结构思路。根据任务书的要求,确定了最终的结构方案。在不断的匹配和修改中,考虑实际因素,大致完成了一些重要结构和零部件的设计,使其传动正确,各零件间不产生干涉。对于整体的装配也在不影响设备正常工作的前提下,不断优化,尽量缩小了设备的体积。接着通过不断的优化,进行了所有零部件的设计、三维造型。机构主要包括:底座、蜗轮蜗杆传动装置、间歇式进给装置、切削装置。在完成一系列的零件造型、零件装配之后,还通过SolidWorks的COSMOS模块进行了运动仿真、应力分析、动画模拟,直观观察设备运行效果。这次削片机的设计,虽然比较粗糙,但是希望对食品机械的发展具有一定的实际意义。 关键词:削片机 三维造型 运动仿真 SolidWorks COSMOS ABSTRACT Pasta in the daily diet of the northerners in possession irreplaceable status, chipper in the food machinery also played an important role.
