材料成型及控制工程范文,范文编号:JX1334 范文字数:16140.页数:30 摘要 注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。由于现代汽车不断的往轻型化的方向发展,这势必导致塑料零件将越来越多的在汽车上应用,因此,塑料模具设计和制造也显得尤为重要。本次设计进行了汽车开关一个零件的注塑模和其模具结构的设计。确定了分型面、浇注系统,推出机构、冷却系统等,选择了注射机,计算了成型零部件的尺寸。并根据开关一个零件注塑模具的要求对注射机的各参数进行了校核。最后用AUTO CAD软件绘制了一套模具的装配图和零件图。 关键词:注塑模具; 汽车零件 ;模具设计;模具零件 Abstract:The injection formation is one of main methods for thermoplastic Injection Mould, may complex model closely by a formation shape. Because of modern automobile of uninterrupted development to light-duty, more and more plastic parts must be applied on automobile, therefore, the design and manufacture of injection mould appears particularity importantly. This paper discussed the design of plastic injection mould of one parts of Automobile Switch and its characteristics of the products for mold design. The author determined the parting surfaces and the gating system and Release the organization, cooling system etc, choosed the injection molding machine,calculated the sizes of the molding parts. adopted to sprinkle directly in the design, make use of to keep lead the pillar direction fixed position, push the pole crest to anticipate, and carried on the choice to the material of the molding tool. According one parts of Switch mold parts to the requirements of the injection parameters of the machine was calibrated. And the author also drew a set of mold assembling chart and parts chart using AUTO CAD software.
