材料成型及控制工程范文,范文编号:JX1340 范文字数:14543.页数:39 摘 要 塑料制品已在国防建设,工农业生产和日常生活等各方面得到广泛的应用,塑料制品的生产离不开注塑模具设计和制造。因此,塑料模具设计也显得尤为重要。文章通过对电池盖进行注塑模具设计及成型工艺分析和比较,运用现今最为普及的三维CAD/CAM系统标准软件Unigraphics NX的MOLDWIZARD模块,完成了电池盖的注塑模设计:主要包括注塑模型腔数量和布局的确定、注射机选择、浇注系统设计、模板及标准件的选用、脱模及抽芯机构的设计、成型零件的设计计算等,并根据外罩零件注塑模具的要求对注射机的各参数进行了校核。最后绘制了一套模具的装配图和零件图。 Plastic products have widely applied in national defense construction, industrial & agricultural production and daily living. Plastic products manufacturing cannot be separated design and manufacturing of injection mold. By analyzing and comparing the battery cover injection mold and molding process, This paper makes use of MOLDWIZARD module of Unigraphics NX 's, which is the most popular 3D CAD / CAM system standard currently, and has completed the battery cover’s design of the injection mold, which including the number of Cavity volume injection, determination of the layout, selection of injection machine, design of gating system, selection of templates and standard parts, design of stripping and core-pulling mechanism, design calculation of forming part, etc. Check all the parameters of injection machine according to the requirements of Housing parts injection mold. Draw a mold assembly drawings and parts drawing ultimately.
