机械设计制造及其自动化范文,范文编号:JX1311 范文字数:13224.页数:37 摘 要 本文研究的是一条包含8个零件的柔性装配生产线的仿真。在进行生产线仿真以前首先要确定零件,以及装配完成后的效果。本次研究所选择的零件中由数控加工软件EXSL-WIN加工出来,再导出至MSM软件的工件中。然后,初步确定出这条生产线可能的几个装配方案,再对各个初步方案进行评价,最后根据所评价出来的好坏确定最终的方案。接着,根据确定的方案,在MSM软件模块中建立装配生产线,在这条生产线中包括铣削单元和车削单元、传送带、横向轴、机器人和机械手、工作台以及零件工件,将它们创建出来再移动到合适的位置。接着,将传送带与机器人、铣削单元与机器人、车削单元与机器人之间建立信号联接,确定所需求的物流信息,然后确定机器人在各处的位置,以及抓取点的位置进行示教。最后,用机器人程序根据机器人以及信号间所需的运动过程进行程序编写,再调试系统进行仿真,直到安装完成。 关键词:柔性 装配 仿真 数控加工 Abstract This article is introduced The Simulation of Flexible manufacturing production line which include eight products. We should define the seven goods and the result of the assemble before the Simulation of Flexible manufacturing production. The three products we choose in this research are cannot offer from the MSN system. So we should product the goods by EXSL-WINsystem, then put them into the MSN. Second, we should decide some possible assemble program of production line. Afher the the teacher’s appraise, I make the last result. Then we can build the production line of assemble, this line include milling , lathing, transmission belt, axles, robots, work tableand goods. We should make them and take them to the fit sides. Last join belt and robot、milling machine and robot、lathe and robot by signal. Decide the robot’s position by the giving message. The end, we write the procedure according to the move process between robot and singnal by the robot procedure. Then test the system until finish it.
