摘     要
 
本范文主要介绍了在4105发动机原有配气系统的基础上，研究发动机配气机构的组成，功用、原理与优化策略；其次，配气机构主要参数的选择，根据汽车动力性和经济性要求选择适当的参数；通过配气机构主要参数的计算、确定设计方案；然后则是优化设计，进行系统零部件设计，同时运用CAD画出配气机构的总装图以及各部零件图（主要是凸轮轴、气门、推杆等）。对该系统进行改进设计，具体方案在原来的四缸柴油机的配气系统的基础上，设计六缸柴油机的配气系统。此次设计目的在于综合应用大学所学知识，提高分析和解决问题的能力，并作为即将踏上工作岗位前的一次历练。

Abstract This paper mainly introduce the improved design on the valve system of Engine 4105. First the study on the the composition, function, principles and optimization strategy of the valve system of Engine. Second, according to automobile power and economy Asked to,slect the appropriate parameters.due to the calculate of the parameters we have slected deside the design options.Then is the optimal design,it’s mainly the optimal design of components .at the same time,draw the assembly diadram and detail diagrams of valve system using CAD(mainly Cam Shaft, valve, putt, etc.).To the improved design on system, the specific precept is design the valve system of six-cylinder diesel engine on the basis of the four-cylinder engine.the purpose of the design is synthetical application of knewledges from the textbook,improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems,and also the last exercise before go to work.
