摘     要
 旋涡泵以其独特能而得到到广泛的应用。旋涡泵虽属叶片泵,但其工作过程和特性与其他泵有较大的差别。目前国内旋涡泵的设计计算还未能赶上国外水平,对其设计方法的改进、提高具有一定的现实意义。漩涡泵有以下特点和应用。(1)漩涡泵的使用是小流量和高扬程场合,填补了离心泵类的不足,并成为离心泵类在小流量范围的延续。 漩涡泵比转数一般少于40,采用比转数超过40的旋涡泵在经济上并不合算,因为它在这个范围内的效率远远低于离心泵的效率。(2)漩涡泵结构简单,紧凑,宜于加工,制造成本低。(3)旋涡泵直接具有自吸能力或借助于简单装置即可实现自吸。(4)旋涡泵陡降的扬程—流量和功率—流量曲线。因而对于系统中的压力波动不敏感。(5)部分漩涡泵可以实现液气混输。(6)漩涡泵的效率较低,一般20%~40%,最高不超过50%。(7)只能用来抽送粘度小于E的非粘性液体,随着液体的粘性增加,泵的扬程和效率会急剧降低。(8)漩涡隔板与叶轮的径向间隙,以及叶轮两侧与泵体之间的轴向间隙很小径向间隙一般为0.15~0.3mm,轴向间隙一般为0.07~0.15mm,因而对加工和装配精度的要求很高。(9)漩涡泵一般用来输送纯净液体,当液体中有杂志时,会因磨损引起径向和轴向间隙变大,从而导致容积效率和流量降低,降低泵的性能。 
 现在,漩涡泵广泛的应用在国民经济的各个部门,例如在加油车,油罐车和固定分配装置中,用来抽送小量的高扬程液体;在城市公用事业设施中,用来作为补给泵,用于小功率的可移动式洗涤设备和农用水设备中。另外,还可以作为消防泵,船舶供水泵和一般增压泵使用。
   不过在当前中国经济中,中国漩涡泵产业发展出现的问题中,许多情况不容乐观,如产业结构不合理、产业集中于劳动力密集型产品;技术密集型产品明显落后于发达工业国家;生产要素决定性作用正在削弱;产业能源消耗大、产出率低、环境污染严重、对自然资源破坏力大;企业总体规模偏小、技术创新能力薄弱、管理水平落后等。  从什么角度分析中国漩涡泵产业的发展状况?以什么方式评价中国自吸漩涡泵产业的发展程度?中国自吸漩涡泵产业的发展定位和前景是什么?中国漩涡泵产业发展与当前经济热点问题关联度如何……诸如此类,都是漩涡泵产业发展必须面对和解决的问题——中国漩涡泵产业发展已到了岔口;中国自吸漩涡泵产业生产企业急需选择发展方向。  据有些中国漩涡泵产业发展研究报告中,分析了中国自吸漩涡泵产业发展现状与差距,开创性地提出了“新型自吸漩涡泵产业” 及替代品产业概念,在此基础上,从四个维度即“以人为本”、“科技创新”、“环境友好”和“面向未来”准确地界定了“新型自吸漩涡泵产业” 及替代产品的内涵。根据“新型自吸漩涡泵产业” 及替代品的评价体系和量化指标体系,从全新的角度对中国自吸漩涡泵产业发展进行了推演和精准预测,在此基础上,对中国的行政区划和四大都市圈的漩涡泵产业发展进行了全面的研究。
   因此对旋涡泵的“创新性”·“转型性”设计和改造来满足当前中国的经济发展的需要有着积极的意义。
 此文档设计任务及目标:绘制30B-32型漩涡泵设计图纸(总装配图和各种零件图)。撰写设计范文(设计计算说明书;保质保量完成文档设计(范文)任务, 设计范文内容合理、基本正确。设计图纸基本符合生产和制造工艺,具有较高的可制造性;本次设计对漩涡泵特性及相似理论的应用进行了学习并探讨。通过分析转速ns和效率以及流道设计对泵性能曲线影响的对比试验 ,阐述泵性能变化规律。推导出旋涡泵直径D,出口直径d等计算方法公式。以及在外型构造上对旋涡泵的性能影响来设计探讨旋涡泵的实用性和高效性。因此在此次设计中,在不断学习中也为旋涡泵的发展提出了个人的见解如下图是市场比较常见的一种旋涡泵, 该泵结构紧凑、外形美观、体积小、噪音低、运行可靠、使用、维修方便。可广泛应用于化工、制药、石油、电镀、食品、电影照相、洗印、科研机构、国防工业等单位抽送酸、碱液、油类、稀有贵重液、毒液、挥发性液体,以及循环水设备配套、过滤机配套。特别是易漏、 易燃、易爆液体的抽送,选用此泵则更为理想。
