车辆工程专业文档范文,范文编号:JX1431 范文字数:17437.页数:44 CAD图 摘 要 在德累斯顿经济与技术学院有一只由卡车专业学生组成的卡车越野赛团队。在每隔2年举行的为期一个星期的卡车越野赛中,队员们带着自己设计和改装的卡车参加比赛。在参加比赛的同时加深对卡车知识的了解,增强实践能力。在上一次的越野赛中,连续多天的大雨使队员们晚上在野外露宿的帐篷和睡袋全部湿透,影响了队员的休息与白天行车的效率。因此,2009赛季卡车越野团队决定新增一辆后勤车辆。本文主要介绍利用CATIA软件模拟卡车越野赛后勤房车车厢内部设计的过程。首先对后勤房车车厢进行测量,在CATIA中建立后勤房车车厢模型,确定内部设计的布置要点。然后对车厢内乘客睡觉位置,活动空间,橱柜位置,座椅位置,储物位置等进行布置设计,并在CATIA中建立设计模型。最后利用CATIA中的人机工程功能,在后勤房车车厢设计模型中加入数字人体模型,对后勤房车车厢内部布置合理性进行分析。最终确定后勤房车内部布置的设计方案,使后勤房车满足越野赛参赛队员的吃,住,整顿和休息问题。 关键词: 房车;CATIA软件;内部设计;人体模型;人机工程 Abstract There is a truck team of students in Dresden University of Economics and Technology. The team members take part in autocross with the truck , which is designed and repacked by themselfs every 2 years. They deepen their knowledge on truck and enhance practical ability during the autocross. In the last autocross, seveal days of raining led to all the tents and sleeping bags wet. It made team members can not sleep well and bad impact on the efficiency of driving during the day. So, in the 2009 season of the autocross, the truck team decided to add a logistics truck. This paper introduces how to use the CATIA software to build the model of the logistics truck and design its internal composition. Through reasonable combination of man-machine engineering analysis the design. Eventually enable the logistics truck to meet the team members’ demand of eating, live and rest and determine the design.
