对比中美两国政治权力运作的差异 
                                                   
摘  要

 尽管中国是社会主义制度，美国是资本主义制度，两个国家之间有许多不同，但是这并不代表两个国家之间没有可比性。两个国家同样遭受过压迫和剥削，都为新国家追求过自认为理想的政治制度。本文以领导人的产生方式和权力的运作为着眼点，来对比中美两国的政治制度的差异，分析产生差异的原因，以及如何正确看待这些差异。本文的观点是宪政及法治化是一个循序渐进的过程；社会制度不应该作为衡量社会优越性的标准，它只是一种手段，而人民幸福才是最终衡量的标准。

Comparing Running of Political Power between the United States and China

Abstract: Although social systems between the United States and China are different and there are many differences between these two countries, but it is necessary to compare these two countries. The thesis deals with comparing the election systems and the operation of the power between the United States and China to discuss their different believes and how to treat these differences correctly. The main opinion of this thesis is that constitutionalism is a developing progress and politics system should not regarded as a standard to evaluate a society, while a real one should is the prosperous and strong of a nation.
