论商鞅仕秦变法及其对企业任人与管理的启示

摘要

 春秋战国，是中国历史上社会大变革的时代，秦国的商鞅变法就发生于战国初期。在各国都力求变革、发展自身的时代，秦国商鞅变法是最成功、最彻底的一次变法，经过商鞅变法，秦国从此富国强兵，开创了一个秦孝公时代。秦孝公时代，领导者励精图治，精明能干，广罗天下人才，致使大秦集团人才聚集。帝王领导者与“空降”“打工者”的亲密合作成就了秦的丰功伟业。
