清代东北流人的形成以及对东北文化发展的贡献
  
 摘要：
 
 东北流人，是因罪而被谪戍之人，由严格的流放制度形成的一种畸形的另类社会。在古代，东北气候酷寒，人烟稀少，而且是满族人民的发源地，为了将文明传播到辽东，为了禁锢汉族人民的思想，清初统治者把这里作为流放地。东北流人包含各个阶层的人士，但是知识分子、文艺人才却占有相当比重。清代东北流人不仅把汉族的文化典籍及生活习俗带入了东北并在文化层面上对东北土著民族进行了重塑，而且给荒漠的东北大地带来了先进的生产技术，使蛮横之乡变为彬彬说礼之国，使绝塞荒域成为繁华之都。流人为东北做出了巨大贡献。杨越、呀思哈阿妈等人带来大量书籍，亲自创作，留下许多诗集、文集；他们吟诗作赋，将文人雅士的诗社之风吹到了东北；他们设馆授徒，教书育人，传播文化；他们传扬佛法，广授法徒，建设寺庙；他们创作剧本、上演戏剧，为苦寒之地带来了昆弋名曲，下里巴人；他们撰写地方志书，为研究东北地理、古迹、风土人情、城市沿革诸多方面留下了宝贵的资料。国内学者和专业人士都对东北的流人群体做过研究，但目前国内学界大都是研究东北流人的产生、影响和其对东北的社会贡献，在文化方面尚不足，更是缺乏与现实的联系。在21世纪的今天，国家大力推行西部大开发战略和科教兴国战略，以缩短东部、中部和西部在经济、文化诸多方面的差距，研究清朝东北流人对开发东北的巨大贡献并联系当今现实，尤其与西部大开发相结合，总结其经验教训，得出西部培养人才、引进人才与留住人才的可行性措施，构建和谐社会。

Qing Dynasty Northeast Exile's Formation as well as to Northeast Culture Development Contribution：

Abstract：The Northeast exile is the Qing Dynasty autocracy policy literary inquisition's special product, the community which suffers exiles defends reaches 1,500,000 many, to have enriched the people to this special groups' understanding, is more concrete exhaustively to the Northeast exile's research. This article mainly studies Qing Dynasty exile's production, analyzes the exile community the cause, the characteristic; Studies the Qing Dynasty Northeast exile's main merit, highlights its cultural contribution emphatically, this article while analyzes Northeast exile's cultural contribution, considered now the social east-west section in the economical, the cultural difference, the country promotes with great effort the rule of law and the rule of virtue, and constructs the harmonious society positively, therefore and the reality relates now, especially unifies with the western big development, appraises its significance, obtains the enlightenment, hoped that can construct the harmonious society to current our country to have the help.
