[旅游专业]农家乐旅游的可持续发展研究——以杭州仓前掏羊锅为例

 摘要：现今，市民选择出游呈现新趋势：人们更频繁地选择了依山傍水、清雅素朴的农家乐旅游。这种新兴的旅游形式在成长的同时，也显露出一些问题与不足。如不加以解决，将影响其健康持续发展。本文针对农家乐旅游发展过程中出现的问题，结合所学的理论知识及国内外先进的农家乐旅游开发理念，以杭州仓前掏羊锅为例，提出解决方案。

Abstract: Nowadays, the choice of a new trend in travel: people more often chose the simple farm tourism. But there is also some problems and shortcomings. If not resolved, will have an impact on the sustainable development of their health.In this paper, the process of tourism development rural tourism problems, combined with the study of theoretical knowledge and advanced the concept of tourism development rural tourism to Hangzhou Cangqian taoyangguo as an example, propose some solution.
