 摘  要：本次设计是年产5万吨涂布白板纸制浆造纸综合工厂，重点为日产150吨白板纸抄纸车间网部和压榨部的工艺设计。
 本说明书对白纸板制浆造纸综合工厂进行了初步设计，阐述了建厂的必要性和可能性，同时表述了建厂地址的选择，建厂地的气象情况以及人员情况。由于本设计重点在于网部和压榨部的工艺设计，在计算浆水平衡的过程中，只计算了网部和压榨部的过程，包括压榨部，伏辊，真空吸水箱，网案，网前箱，伏辊池，圆网压缩机几个步骤。在设备选型的过程中，本设计也只阐述了压榨部和网部的设备选择和相关的计算。造纸设备采用日产150吨的2640纸机，关键部位进口，其余部分采用国产的设备。
 本说明书中关于设备的选择，劳动人员的定员，生产工艺的确定，大致参考了富阳春胜纸业有限公司，该厂在其设备的选择等方面均具有相当的经验，具有参考价值。
 设计内容包括浆水平衡计算图绘制、网部和压榨部生产工艺流程图、车间设备平面布置图、设备一览表的绘制。
