范文编号:QH045 范文字数:12308,页数:31 摘 要:本范文就芳纶抄纸工艺中芳纶短切纤维与芳纶浆粕的配比、分散剂用量、分层抄造技术用于芳纶纸制浆造纸的效果及热压用于芳纶原纸的加工效果进行初步探讨。实验结果表明,当芳纶短切纤维与芳纶浆粕的配比为1:1.5左右时,所抄造纸页的抗张强度、撕裂度、匀度最好;在保持配比不变的情况下,分散剂PEO的加入可以有效的改善浆料的分散效果;随着PEO加入量的逐渐增加,浆料的分散效果逐渐增加,在超过0.15%时,其分散效果反而逐渐减少,PEO的用量在0.15%左右时,所抄送纸页的抗张强度、撕裂度、匀度最好;分层抄造的芳纶原纸比一次抄造的芳纶原纸的抗张强度和撕裂度高;在分析了芳纶原纸的热压工艺后,结果表明,热压后的芳纶纸的厚度减少,抗张强度增加但撕裂度减少。 关键词:芳纶纤维;PEO分散剂;热压;配抄;匀度 Study of the papermarkng performane to Aramid fiber Abstract: This article introduces the study of the effect of the matching between Aramid fiber and PPTA、PEO dispersant、hierarchical copy made in the pulping and papermarking of aramid paper and the results of hot pressing used for aramid paper. The experimental results show that when the matching between Aramid fiber and PPTA is 1:1.5 more or less,the tensile strength、tear and formation of aramid paper is the best.Not become the matching between Aramid fiber and PPTA, PEO dispersant can be to effectively improve the effectiveness of the scattered; with the increase of Peo dispersant joining, the effect of scattered is increasing, while the used of PEO dispersant is 0.15%, the tensile strength、tear and formation of aramid paper become the best. The tensile strength and tear of aramid paper that papermarking for two is strong than the aramid paper which is papermarking for one. The experimental results show that the thickness of aramid paperis and tear is to decrease,but the tensile strength of aramid paperis is to stronger.
