XCLW51772 健晟星期天火锅店人力资源管理问题研究 (字数:11812) 摘要 为改革开放以来,第三产业迅速发展,已然成为中国经济发展的主力,在目前的经济发展中有着重要的地位和作用。而属于第三产业的餐饮业也取得了不错的成绩,是推动目前经济发展的主力之一。众所周知,知识经济已经成为21世纪的主导市场,企业的竞争优势更多地体现在人才的比拼上。餐饮业的竞争,也不外如是,人才的竞争才是其竞争的根本。本文以健晟星期天火锅店人力资源管理问题为研究对象,采用了信息研究法和经验总结法。对健晟星期天火锅店人力资源管理问题的现状进行了调查与分析。本文第一章描写了中国餐饮行业的人力资源管理现状,第二章介绍了健晟星期天火锅店人力资源管理发展现存问题,第三章介绍了健晟星期天火锅店健晟星期天火锅店人力资源管理问题的解决对策。连锁火锅自1990年成立以来已开设80多家分店,总营业面积达到20000多平方米,年收入近2亿元,发展势头良好,但是在企业发展中的人力资源管理问题也逐步显现。本文将通过深入研究公司在人力资源管理方面存在的现状以及分析问题产生的原因,并且提供相应的解决对策,这样也是为了本行业的人力资源管理问题提供借鉴,希望本次范文撰写可以为也为健晟星期天火锅店的未来发展提供有效帮助,可以解决企业发展中所面临的难题,实现企业的良好发展。 关键词:餐饮行业;人力资源管理;星期天餐饮连锁公司 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry has developed rapidly and has become the main force of China's economic development, playing an important role in the current economic development.
