XCLW55169 A集团企业文化建设策略研究 (字数:6429) A公司企业文化是被全体员工认同的企业领导人创新的价值观。它是在A公司发展历程中产生和逐渐形成特色的文化体系。A公司文化以观念创新为先导、以战略创新为方向、以组织创新为保障、以技术创新为手段、以市场创新为目标,伴随着A公司从无到有、从小到大、从大到强、从中国走向世界,A公司文化本身也在不断创新、发展。员工的普遍认同、主动参与是A公司文化的最大特色。本文从企业文化的相关概念及理论入手,进而对企业文化塑造的现状进行了简述,接着以A公司为案例,详细阐述了其企业文化塑造的特点,主要从未能正确认识企业文化、缺乏有效的文化管理模式、企业文化缺少创新三个方面指出了其中存在的问题,在此基础上有针对性的做出建议,如正确认识企业文化含义、加强企业文化建设、结合实情敢于创新,并对我国其他企业启示进行了简要论述。 关键词:企业文化,A公司,OEC管理 STUDY ON CORPORATE CULTURE OF HAIER GROUP ABSTRACT Haier's corporate culture is an innovative value Shared by all employees.It is a distinctive cultural system that emerged and gradually formed in the course of haier's development.Haier culture takes conceptual innovation as the guide, strategic innovation as the direction, organizational innovation as the guarantee, technological innovation as the means, and market innovation as the goal. Along with haier's development from scratch, from small to large, from big to strong, and from China to the world, haier culture itself is also in constant innovation and development.Employees' general recognition and active participation are the biggest characteristics of haier culture.This article obtains from the related concepts and theories of enterprise culture, and has carried on the brief to the current situation of the enterprise culture shape, and then to the haier group as a case, detailed elaborated the characteristics of its corporate culture to shape, mainly from the failure to correct understanding of enterprise culture, the lack of effective culture management and enterprise culture, lack of innovation on three aspects points out the problems, and make recommendations on the basis of targeted, such as the correct understanding of the enterprise culture meaning, to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, combined with the truth, dare to innovation and the enlightenment to other enterprises in China were described briefly.
