范文编号:SW068 范文字数:12745,页数:28 摘要:本范文以三孢布拉氏霉菌为发酵菌株,通过发酵生产番茄红素。本范文选择出用于测定番茄红素的流动相为甲醇0.8ml/min,乙酸乙酯0.2ml/min,从而排除了β-胡萝卜素和γ-胡萝卜素两个干扰物质。本范文通过HPLC测定了番茄红素标准曲线并测定了标准曲线的精确度,确定了此测定方法是可行的,还测定了产品中番茄红素的含量,以及产品番茄红素在白鼠体内的新陈代谢状况(1.5h,2.5h,3.5h,4.5h的血清)。通过HPLC测定番茄红素在白鼠体内的浓度开始时随时间的增加而增加,到3.5h时达到最大值为0.8ug/ml,随后又开始下降。 关键词:番茄红素;新陈代谢;HPLC; Elementary Research of Pharmacokinetics of fermentation Lycopene Abstract:In this paper , Blakeslea trispora is used as the strain of fermentation. In this paper select methanol 0.8 ml/min, ethyl acetate 0.2 as mobile phase for determination of lycopene, to eliminate the two interfering substances of beta carotene and gamma carotene. In this paper , lycopene standard curve and the determination of the standard curve precision has been detected by HPLC, determining the determination method is feasible. In this paper , the content of lycopene in production also has been determined. lycopene content of product and the metabolism of lycopene in the mouae(serum :1.5h, 2.5h, 3.5h, 4.5h) has been determined.
