范文编号:SW178 范文字数:9991,页数:20 附任务书,开题报告,文献综述,外文翻译 摘要:本研究在前期placktt-barman试验结果的基础上,采用了响应面设计对温度(X1)、培养时间(X2)、初始pH(X3)等三个影响β-胡萝卜素产量的主要因素进行了拟合优化,其结果表明:温度为 27.4℃,发酵时间为154h, 初始pH为6.7最佳,β-胡萝卜素实际产量为796.25±7mg/L。在此最佳发酵条件下,研究了表面活性剂及氧载体对三孢布拉氏霉菌发酵的影响,结果显示,添加Triton X-100、Span-20、Tween-80等三种表面活性剂对β-胡萝卜素及生物量均有较大的影响。其中添加0.1%的Triton X-100最为明显;添加氧载体能有效的改善发酵体系中的溶氧供给,提高β-胡萝卜素的产量,其中添加量1%正十二烷时,β-胡萝卜素及菌丝体产量最高,产量为923.54mg/L,生物量为56.12g/L。 Abstract: This study, which is on the basis of early placktt-barman test results, us the design on the response surface temperature (X1), culture time (X2), the initial pH (X3)to make the three affected β-carotene yield of the main factors fitting optimization. and the results showed that: When temperature is 27.4 ℃, fermentation time is 154 h and the best initial pH is 6.7, β-carotene actual output was 796.25 ± 7mg / L. In this best fermentation conditions, we study the impact of the surfactant and oxygen carrier on the fermentation of Blakeslea trispora. Result shows that, Triton X-100, Span-20, Tween-80, these surfactant effect β-carotene and biomass both the larger, and 0.1% Triton X-100 effects most .Adding oxygen carrier can effectively improve the dissolved oxygen supply in the system of fermentation, and also increase the output of β-carotene. when add 1 percent of n-12,it reaches the highest output of β-carotene and mycelia mass.
