范文编号:SW200 范文字数:9095,页数:23 摘 要: 3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-甲酸乙酯是合成新型鱼尼丁受体杀虫剂氯虫酰胺关键中间体的重要原料,本范文以2,3-二氯吡啶为起始原料,通过水合肼亲核取代、马来酸二乙酯环合制得2一(3一氯一吡啶基)-5一氧一3一吡唑烷甲酸乙酯;再经苯磺酰氯酯化、溴化氢溴化制得3一溴一1-(3-氯-2-吡啶基)-4,5一二氢一1H-吡唑一5一甲酸乙酯,经核磁和熔点验证其结构。考察了物料摩尔配比、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件。 Abstract: 3 - Bromo -1 - (3 - chloro-pyridine -2 - yl)-1H-pyrazole -5 - methyl ethyl is the synthesis of novel RyR chlorine pesticides pests amide the key intermediate of an important raw material , the thesis of 2,3 - dichloropyridine as starting materials, by nucleophilic substitution of hydrazine hydrate, maleic acid diethyl ester cyclization obtained 2-(3-Chloro-1-pyridyl)-5-O-3 -pyrazole ethyl methane; via benzenesulfonyl chloride esterification, hydrogen bromide bromide bromide obtained to 1 - (3 - chloro -2 - pyridyl) -4,5 a-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-5- ethyl verified by NMR and melting point of the structure.
