浅论信息化与质量管理

摘要

本文主要对质量管理信息化的重要性以及实现方法进行了探讨。为企业如何有效地进行质量管理、如何建立基于信息化系统的质量管理平台以及应该注意的地方提供一些参考，使企业能够充分意识到质量管理信息化的重要性，并建立一个有效的质量管理信息化系统，帮助企业朝着全面信息化的方向发展，以提高企业的整体水平，使企业在竞争中长久的处于不败之地。
本文首先分析了质量管理的现状，指出了传统的质量管理的不足之处；然后简要论述质量管理信息化的必要性以及发展趋势，并对质量管理信息化的一般方法进行了概述；之后对一具体行业质量管理信息化做一具体探讨，最后提出一个简要的质量管理信息化模型，并对其功能进行了概述。
总之，信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势，也是各国企业在经济全球化形势下，提高核心竞争力，实现更大发展的必由之路。作为企业管理重要一环的质量管理，将会随着信息化环境的迅猛发展而发生巨大变化。可以预见，置身于这样一个庞大而复杂的信息网中，质量管理必然受到信息化积极和深远的影响。

Abstract

This article is mainly about the importance and approach of the Informattzation Of Quality Management, it provides a few reference that how to effect the Quality Management efficiently, how to set up a system based on informatization and the things should be noticed. All the things can make corporations appreciate the importance of the Informatization Of Quality Management and set up a efficient system of Informatization Of Quality Management. It can also help corporations to heighten their whole levels, so that they can always win in the fierce competition.
This article analyzed the present condition of Quality Management and indicated the fault of conventional Quality Management firstly,. And then, simply discussed the importance and the tendency of Informatization Of Quality Management, else, summarized the common approach of Informatization Of Quality Management. Thirdly, discussed how to effect it in a particular industry. At last, provided a simple model of Informatization Of Quality Management, and summarized the functions of it.
Overall, informatization is the big tendency of present world economy and social development, is also countries enterprise in the situation of economic globalization take off , raise key competition ability, realize the only way of larger development. As the quality Management of the important a ring of business Management, will occur huge change along with the swift development of informative environment. Can foresee, stay in so a huge and complex Information Network, quality Management will inevitably get informative positive and profound influence.
