鞍山零售企业实施电子商务问题与对策

摘　　要
电子商务的兴起，首先受到冲击的是传统的零售企业，随着中国加入 WTO，近几年大量的外资零售企业逐步进入中国市场，这种对中国零售企业的影响将更加明显。面临这种处境，中国零售企业必须不同程度地实施电子商务转型。因此，在新的竞争环境下，研究传统零售企业电子商务的策略具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文从传统零售业和电子零售业的现状入手，发现鞍山电子零售业的发展具有很大的潜力。从电子商务应用以及零售业和电子商务之间的关系，可以看出电子商务对于传统零售业具有很大的推动作用。本文以鞍山时尚时装城为例，根据自身的条件和特性假设为其实施电子商务，对其实施电子商务后的优势进行分析，再联系实际找出实施过程中存在的问题，从中反映鞍山零售企业在实施电子商务过程中遇到的普遍问题并针对存在的问题给出相应的对策建议。目前鞍山的电子商务发展比较缓慢，实施电子商务的企业少之又少。基于这种条件，如果想零售业的发展跟上时代的步伐，就要针对鞍山这个环境以及存在的问题进行分析。

The Problems of implement EC in retail Enterprises in Anshan and corresponding Suggestions:Take Anshan Fashion City for example
Abstract

With the rising of e-commerce, the first impacted is the traditional retail enterprise. In recent years a large number of foreign-invested retail enterprises enter to the Chinese market, and Chinese retail enterprises will have a more marked impact. Faced to such situation, the Chinese retail enterprises’s e-business must have varying degrees transformation. Therefore, in the new competitive environment, the study of traditional retail business e-commerce strategies has great theoretical and practical significance. This paper from the traditional retail and electronic retail industry, then, discovered electronic retail development has great potential in Anshan. From the relationship between application of e-commerce and e-business, can be seen e-commerce have a great role in promoting this to retail traditional. Take Fashion Anshan City for instance, according to its own conditions and characteristics assumed for the implementation of e-commerce, After implementation of its e-commerce analysis of the advantages and then link the actual implementation process to identify the exist problems.They reflect Anshan retail enterprises in the implementation of e-commerce in the process of a widespread problem and deal with the problems presented to the corresponding Suggestions. Anshan the current e-commerce development has been relatively slow and implement e-commerce enterprises rare. Based on these conditions, if the retail development to keep pace with the times. Anshan will analysis its environment and the problems.
