PLhas the broad spectrum bacteriostasis ability. Nisin is composed of 34 amino acids which can inhibit growth and reproduction of Gram-positive bacteria and its spore. The natamycin also called Pimaricin, is a kind of polyalkene antibiotic. It can specially inhibit yeast and the mold.
