范文编号:TX370 范文字数:10396,页数:31 摘要 基准电压源是模拟电路设计中广泛采用的一个关键的基本模块。所谓基准电压源就是能提供高精度和高稳定度基准量的电源,这种基准源与电源、工艺参数和温度的关系很小,其原理是利用PN结电压的负温度系数和不同电流密度下两个PN结电压差的正温度系数电压相互补偿,而使输出电压达到很低的温度漂移。 ABSTRACT Voltage reference is the vital basic module which is widely adopted in analog circuits(mixedsignal circuits). It can supply a voltage with high precision and high stability. The powersupply, technics parameter and temperature has lesser effect to this voltage. The principle is to use the PN junction voltage negative temperature coefficient and the current density under two different PN junction voltage difference is the temperature coefficient of mutual compensation voltage due to the output voltage to the low temperature drift.
