摘 要

 本工程名称为某新型板材制造厂，拟建建筑物位于浙江省某地，总建筑面积2000～3000平方米，附属400平方米办公用房，主体结构1层, 内设5t梁式吊车一部。本次文档设计在提供设计资料的基础上，初步确定建筑设计方案，选择结构体系，布置结构构件，进行结构内力分析，确定构件截面，设计连接节点，绘制结构施工图。进行了吊车梁的设计，计算了刚架强度验算和稳定验算，檩条的强度验算和稳定验算，墙梁的强度计算和稳定验算，抗风柱的强度计算和稳定验算，还进行了地梁和基础的设计。

Design of a single-layer plant of light steel structure

Abstract

 The project known as the a new plate factory, which located in Zhejiang Province, has a total construction area of 2,000 to 3,000 square meters, with a subsidiary of 900 square meters of office space. The main structure is one layer, with a 5t crane beam . The graduation project is based on design information and make the preliminary architectural design program to identify, select the structure system, arrange the structural components, make the structural internal force analysis to determine the component cross-section, then make the design of connected nodes, map the working drawings of the structure . Besides, we conducted a crane beam design, made the calculation of the frame strength and stability check, checked purlin strength and stability, checked wall-beam strength and stability, checked the  wind column strength and stability. Also we conducted a design of ground beam and the basis.
