范文编号:TM065 范文字数:49551,页数:86 附CAD图 摘 要：本工程为杭州市浙江省高校文档生人事代理档案用房项目施工，本工程为4层框架结构，总建筑面积为1008m2，针对该工程编制施工组织设计。首先，熟悉图纸，了解工程概况，确定拟投入的机械设备，人工的数量，进行施工部署；再按《浙江省建筑工程预算定额》进行建筑面积，工程量的计算，得出机械台班、人工工日消耗量，编排施工进度表，确定工期；第三步，根据现场环境，部署施工平面图，力求布置合理，尽量减少材料的二次运输；选择专项施工方案，比较施工方案经济技术性能，选择新技术、新工艺，选择最优方案；编制施工现场组织与管理措施，施工质量保证体系，安全生产文明施工管理措施等。采用合理的施工方案，科学的进度计划，为本工程顺利竣工打下良好的基础。 关键词：框架结构 施工 施工组织设计
Abstract：The works of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, graduates file space project construction personnel agency,the works of 4-story frame,a total construction area of 1008 m2 ,against the establishment of Construction Engineering Design.First,familiar with the drawings,informed profiles,ascertain whether the proposed investment in machinery and equipment,the number of artificial,construction deployment.Click the "Zhejiang construction budget fixed"for the construction area,calculation of project,select the draw,artificial dates consumption,scheduling construction schedule,time set.The third step,according to the environment of the scene,construction of the deployment plan,strive reasonable layout, minimize secondary materials transport.Construction of a special program choice,construction of more economic and technical performance of the program , selection of new technologies, new processes , choose the best program.Construction of the scene of the preparation and management measures,construction Quality Assurance System,production Safety civilization construction management measures.A reasonable construction plan,scientific Progress,the successful completion of this project has laid a good foundation .
