摘要
  施工组织设计部分包括施工方案城的选择，编制施工进度计划表，绘制施工平面图并制定各项组织措施等。施工组织设计具体又可分为编制依据及说明，工程概况及工程特点，施工部署，施工总平面布置，施工总进度计划及工期保证措施，施工人员配备，主要分部分项工程施工方法和质量要求，工程质量保证措施，安全文明、治安计生保证措施。
  宁海环岛节点C03地块工程位于宁海的中心区，在颜公河以东,建筑占地面积大约1.59km2，北面邻近宁海中学,东面为华山小区,西面与世贸中心相对，该小区地理优越、交通方便。
  本工程施工总平面图按设计院提供的总平面图和建筑物施工用地范围的大小进行平面布置。施工现场布置以合理、文明、安全、经济为原则，按主体结构施工和装修施工二个阶段考虑。

 The construction management plan of kindergarten

Abstract

 The part of the framework for construction includes the choosing for the constructiong-bule print ,weaving the chart of the construction plan ,protracting the ichography and constituting organizing measure all napes.Construction management plan concretes can be divided into establishment basis and directions,project overview and project features,construction of the deployment,general plane arrange of construction,the total duration of the construction schedule and guarantee measures,construction staffing provide,some of the major sub-project construction method and quality requirements,project quality assurance measures,safe and civilized，assurance measures of public order and growth plan.
 The massif of ninghai island node locate in the center of ninghai ,in the east of yangong river , the covering of building area is about 1.59 square kilometers,ninghai high school near north, huashan community is in the east ,World Trade Center is in the west ,so the community has strategic location and convenient transportation.
 The project general plane drawing of construction according to the provide of  general plane map and the size of the building construction site scope by design Institute do the plane layout.The construction site layout to the principle is reason, civilization, safety, economy, and consideration by two stage of construction of main structure and construction decoration..
