摘 要
 本施工组织设计是根据吴家墩村农居配套用房招标文件和业主提供的由杭州市城市规划设计研究院设计的施工图纸，并结合本工程施工现场勘察情况及答疑资料。
 本文主要内容有：本工程的施工部署；劳动力安排、主要施工机械设备及施工组织、主要材料用量计划、施工进度计划；主要施工材料、技术施工方案、质量保证方案以及安全文明施工、环保措施等。其中本工程的现场管理、施工方案、工期控制以及室内装饰工程质量通病预防措施是主要内容，在文中进行了详细的论证和叙述。
 本施工组织设计是保证本工程施工的顺利进行，实现进度、质量、安全、消防管理、文明施工及环境保护、成本管理等目标的纲领性文件，具有重要的指导意义。

Wu Tun supporting rural residential houses construction organization design
Abstract

   The construction organization design is based on Wu Tun supporting rural residential houses and owners of tender documents by the Hangzhou Urban Planning and Design Institute designed the construction drawings,and in light of the situation and construction site inspection  data.
   This study includes: the construction of the project deployment;Labor arrangements, the major construction equipment and construction organization, the main materials consumption plan, construction schedule;main construction materials, construction technology program, quality assurance programs and safe and civilized construction, environmental protection measures.one of the project site management, construction plan, schedule control, and Interior Quality Problems Prevention is the main content of the text in detail in the demonstration and description.
   The construction organization design is to ensure the smooth construction of this project,implementation schedule, quality, safety, fire management, civilized construction and environmental protection, cost management goals programmatic document, with important guidance.
