聚丙烯纤维改性橡胶混凝土试验研究

 摘 要

 
 文章综述了聚丙烯纤维和废旧轮胎胶粉对混凝土改性的研究进展和研究前景。通过改变聚丙烯纤维的掺量进行橡胶混凝土各个龄期抗折抗压试验以及对它们相应表观密度测定，并对结果进行对比，从而研究聚丙烯纤维对橡胶混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,废旧轮胎胶粉掺入混凝土中，混凝土强度降低，但在橡胶混凝土中掺加聚丙烯纤维可以有效提高其抗折强度。

Abstract

 The article summarizes the study of the polypropylene fibers(PPF) and waste tire rubber powder modified concrete. By changing the amount of polypropylene fiber, the flexural strength , compression strength and apparent density of rubberized concrete with PPF at different ages were tested. The results show that the strength of rubberized concrete decreased, bu the flexural strength of concrete with PPF was improved significantly.
