范文编号:TM145 范文字数:24076,页数:43 摘 要 本范文首先介绍了当前国内外外墙外保温发展现状以及应用状况,接着阐述固体废弃物在外墙外保温中用作保温砂浆掺料的应用情况,同时提出以废旧轮胎再加工后为掺料的橡胶混凝土的性能以及当前的发展现状,以环保和节能为出发点,介绍橡胶水泥砂浆在外墙外保温中用作保温砂浆的可行性和作用机理。通过一系列的试验表明掺入橡胶粉的砂浆试块的抗压强度、抗折强度有所降低,但同时添加适量的甲基纤维素醚以及木质纤维素,可以提高砂浆的保水性和工作性,从而减少橡胶砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度的下降值。 关键词:橡胶砂浆;外墙外保温;抗压抗折强度;甲基纤维素醚;木质纤维素 Abstract This article firstly introduces the currently development status and the application status of exterior insulation around the world. Then it elaborates the application of solid waste used on exterior insulation as the admixture of insulation mortar. At the same time, it introduces the performance and the currently development status of rubber concrete, which uses the reprocessed waste tires as its admixture. Starting the point at the environmental protection and energy conservation, it introduces the feasibility and mechanism of rubber cement used on exterior insulation as insulation mortar. A series of tests indicate that the compressive strength and the flexural strength of mortar blocks which incorporate rubber are reduce to some extent. However, adding some methyl cellulose ether and lingo-cellulose at the same time can increase the water retention and performance of mortar, so it can decrease the drop of value of the compressive strength and the flexural strength of rubber mortar.
