摘    要

    随着社会的进步与经济的发展建筑行业也取得了快速的发展。由于在城市的扩张过程中，建筑所消耗的资源和能量也在不断的增多。为了缓解能源的不足和环境的恶化对于降低能源的消耗量迫在眉急。因此绿色，环保的建筑必将会成为建筑行业发展的方向。

第一章本文在以整个房地产发展的背景下对研究绿色建筑的目的和意义进行阐述，并且针对国内外学者研究的状况进行论述。第二章对绿色节能技术的发展进行谈论和探究，并对于绿色建筑的主要内容和价值进行分析。第三章提出了节能技术设计理念，首先要制定全面规划设计方案，并以先进的技术促进绿色建筑最后开采可再生资源。第四章在前一章给出问题的基础上提出解决问题大方案和策略。针对节能技术在建筑行业的应用提出可以在项目设计时考虑节能的理念，在节能的前提下考虑管理方案以及将节能因素作为对建筑行业进行整体效益评测。第五章对现在整体的建筑行业进行总结以及展望以后建筑行业的发展。

Abstract

   With the development of social economy and progress of the construction industry has made rapid development. Because in the process of urban expansion, construction of resources and energy have been on the rise. In order to alleviate energy shortage and environment deterioration to reduce energy consumption of an eyebrow. So green, green building will become the developing direction of the construction industry.

The first chapter in this paper to the entire real estate development under the background of the research purpose and meaning of green building, and on the condition of the domestic and foreign scholars study in this paper. The second chapter on the development of green energy-saving technology to discuss and explore, and to analysis the main content of green building and value. The third chapter puts forward the energy saving technology design concept, the first to develop a comprehensive planning and design, with advanced technology to promote green building exploitation of renewable resources, in the end. The fourth chapter is given in the previous chapter problem put forward to solve the problem on the basis of big plans and strategies. For the application of energy-saving technologies in construction industry can consider the concept of energy saving in project design, on thepremise of saving energy management solution, and the energy-saving factors as overall efficiency evaluation for construction industry. Chapter is the overall summary and prospect of the construction industry after the development of construction industry.
