论房地产开发过程工程管理的重点

摘要

    随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,智能材料的应用相当广泛，大至国家体育馆,小到民用住宅。但同时对于建筑材料的功能与性质也将提出更高要求，这就要求人类不断地的研究开发具有更高性能、同时与环境协调的建筑材料，高分子有机材料、新型金属材料和各种复合材料、智能化材料、纳米材料这些都是属于新型材料的范畴，目前智能材料的研究有着非常重要的意义，也有着很大的发展空间，他们能在满足现代人日益增长的要求的同时，符合可持续发展的原则。本文首先概述智能建筑材料之种类及特征，其次分析了智能建筑材料行业的发展状况,包括智能砖、智能符合材料、智能涂料、智能玻璃、智能绿色屋顶等的使用，进而阐述了发展智能建材发展新型节能建材的意义。再次以现实的工程应用案例，对智能材料的实际工程应用情况进行论述。最后对智能材料的发展趋势进行展望，以及提出发展对策。

Abstract

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, widespread application of new building materials to the national stadium, small to civil residence. This paper first Outlines the types and characteristics of new building materials, secondly analyzes the development status of new building materials industry, including the new wall materials, insulation materials, sealing materials, decoration materials, such as the use of, and expounds the development of new building materials the significance of developing new energy-saving building materials. Again to practical engineering application cases, the essay discusses the practical application in engineering of new building materials. And finally, the paper points out the development trend of new building materials, and the development countermeasures are put forward.
