关于我国建设工程项目管理人员培养问题的研究

摘要

     随着我国经济的不断发展，我国的建设工程项目数量越来越多，但是在建设的过程中，施工管理人员呈现出综合素质普遍偏低的现象，而施工管理人员在建设工程中起着至关重要的作用，对建设工程的施工质量、施工成本、施工周期等都有着很大的影响，因此，需要加强建设工程项目管理人员的培养工作。在本文中首先对国内外关于建设工程项目管理人员培养的研究现状展开分析，分析和总结出当前国内在建设工程项目管理人员培养上存在的问题，并针对这些问题给予相关的一些建议，以达到增强建设工程项目管理人员培养效率的目的，使得我国的建设工程质量更有保障，同时更加具有国际竞争力。

    With the continuous development of the economy of our country, a number of construction projects of our country more and more, but in the process of building, construction management personnel showing comprehensive quality is generally low, and construction management personnel in the engineering construction plays a crucial role, for the construction of the project construction quality, construction cost and construction period is has a great influence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the training work of construction project management personnel. In this paper first to the domestic and foreign research status about the construction project management personnel training launches the analysis, analysis and summed up the current domestic problems in construction project management personnel training and in the light of these problems, give some suggestions, in order to achieve the purpose of increasing the efficiency of cultivation of strengthening the building of the project management staff, makes our country construction engineering quality is much more secure, and more international competitiveness.
