摘要：建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业，在促进经济发展、改善民生上发挥着巨大的推动作用。但是，在投资高速增长、新的投资主体不断涌现的同时建筑业也出现了一些问题。“工程项目全生命周期成本控制”模式作为一种符合生态建筑理念和市场经济发展的全新成本管理，以其卓越的前馈成本控制理念、完善的事中成本管理意识和及时的事后成本控制措施越来越受到建筑业实务领域和学术界的认可。

建设项目的全寿命周期成本是建设项目在其寿命周期内发生的所有费用。建设项目的全寿命周期成本控制是成本管理研究的新发展，阐述了建设项目的全寿命周期成本控制的意义，对全寿命周期成本控制的内涵、目的、性质、手段、内容等作了探讨，比较分析了全寿命周期成本控制与传统的决策、控制理论与方法的区别，指出了全寿命周期成本控制的措施。

Abstract: the construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy, in promoting economic development, improving people's livelihood has played a huge role in promoting. However, there are some problems in the construction industry in the high speed growth of investment and new investment main body. The project life cycle cost control "as a new mode of cost management with ecological building concept and the development of the market economy, with its excellent feedforward cost control concept, cost management consciousness and timely perfect things in the post cost control measures by more and more construction practice and academic recognition.

The life cycle cost of the construction project is all the expenses that occur in the life cycle of the construction project. The life cycle cost control of construction projects is a new development of cost management research, explains the whole life cycle of construction project cost control, and the connotation of the full life cycle cost control purpose, nature, means and contents are discussed, compared the differences between the life and the traditional life cycle cost control decision control theory and method, points out the full life cycle cost control measures.
