浅析我国的房地产市场调控政策和效果——以广州市为例

摘要

我国房地产市场的自主定价政策和垄断，形成了开发企业过多的销售价格制，导致房地产市场资源配置的效率性和资源浪费，囤积了大量闲置土地，使住宅空运，投资过热。第二种预测是一般的，真正的住宅消费者无法购买房子。房地产价格的上涨是投资过热、房价过高、结构不均衡的核心。经济泡沫不仅带来了金融风险，还带来了社会上的风险。政府的规章制度和政策研究迫在眉睫。正文系统具备了近年来控制政府的房地产政策,通过统计分析和实证研究相结合的方法,结合理论分析,对广州市房地产产业在政府的宏观经济政策的调整和效果分析的情况下,房地产市场的调整,以及我国房地产产业的健康发展,为了自己的思考。提出了建设性的意见。
